The Azerbaijan Society of America congratulates you on your recent confirmation as Secretary of State serving the 46th President of the United States. 

Azerbaijani Diaspora Community of the USA is active and wants to support your agency in ongoing efforts to build on the good relations between our two great countries, America and Azerbaijan. 

Azerbaijan is a multiethnic, ecumenical and secular country; everyone enjoys the Constitutional rights and privileges. Interethnic harmony and dialogue have always been a priority state policy in the Azerbaijan. We believe this is Azerbaijan’s national treasure. All ethnic and religious groups are offered to be part of this cultural diversity and to live together with all other ethnic and religious groups. We envision the future of the region as the peaceful coexistence of all communities. Azerbaijan’s economy is currently dependent on fossil fuel exports, yet is investing heavily into renewable energy and other markets. That, and their firm commitment to rebuilding the infrastructure, Azerbaijan is working to restore and promote good relations with all countries in the region, and that Azerbaijan can be of service to US diplomatic efforts brokering good relations with all nations in the region.
